If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any other Jeweler outside Mesa Jewelers. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase up to 30 days after the purchase date.
*Custom orders, special orders and modified pieces are not refundable.
To make a return contact us at (970)245-1617 and we will give you a return authorization # (RA#) to send your item back. Please do not ship without receiving an RA# first.
SHIPPING POLICY
2-Day and Overnight shipping is available for all orders via UPS. 2-Day shipping will cost $30 and will be free for all orders over $500. Overnight shipping will be $50 and free for all orders over $2000.
